Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the LEX Practical Litigation website (the "site") and its online courses. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to them.
Educational content only
Courses are for education. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a solicitation of legal work, and no advocate–client relationship is created by watching a course, sending a message or making a purchase. Sample case documents are redacted and used for teaching only.
Your account
You need an account to buy and watch a course. Keep your password private. One account is for one person; it can be signed in on up to two devices at a time, and signing in on a third device signs out the oldest one. We may suspend an account that is shared, resold or used to copy course material.
Your licence
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to watch the course for the access period shown on the course page (lifetime unless stated otherwise). All videos, notes, templates and documents remain the property of LEX Practical Litigation. Downloading, screen-recording, sharing, re-uploading or re-selling any part of a course is not permitted. Lesson videos carry your email and mobile number as a watermark.
Prices and payments
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Offer prices apply only while the offer is shown on the site. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login. Access is granted as soon as the payment is confirmed.
No cancellation or refund
All purchases are final. Once payment succeeds the course cannot be cancelled and the fee is non-refundable, except for failed or duplicate payments as set out in the Refund & Cancellation policy.
Changes to the course
We may update, re-record or reorder lessons to keep them accurate under current law. We will not reduce the core content of a course you have bought.
Liability
Courses teach general principles and practice. Before relying on any point in a real matter, check the current law and the facts of your case. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
