About
Why LEX exists
LEX Practical Litigation is a practical legal learning platform for law students, young advocates and legal professionals who want real-world litigation skills.
The focus is the gap between knowing the law and handling a file: reading an FIR, examining a chargesheet and case diary, understanding medical and post-mortem reports, identifying the facts that matter, and drafting a bail application.
How it teaches
- Real-case-based learning, with redacted documents
- Document analysis and drafting, step by step
- Procedure as it happens in court, not as it appears in a textbook
What it is not
LEX is legal education. It does not offer legal services, representation or advice.
